But David Cameron says (to The Telegraph) that he (AC) is being punished twice for the same offence. Unfortunately he doesn’t make clear to what offence he was referring, or how by offering him a job he was being punished?

It’s all a bit fuzzy isn’t it?

matters such as this must be investigated as soon as possible and the appropriate action taken without delay .
Surely our newest government or any government can’t afford to be subdued and frightened.
