a brilliant concept but still think that the [measurable] benefits need clear articulation - others have pointed this out, but the IBM research (albeit interim) isn&#039;t completely straight on what those are. 

thing to do is take a few test-case departments, sample what they are currently doing (benefits/shortcomings) and then ask could social capital and performance be improved by social networking.</description>
