What does this mean Tom? Does it mean Government will ignore those non digital people? Does it mean the PM's personalisation message is dead? If you are focussing your team (is this the whole of the Cabinet Office?) on digital, what will they stop doing? What does your boss Liam, want you/CO to focus on? trying to understand the "enforcer" requirement and if this has a higher priority than digital.

Never quite sure how your passion for digital Tom, works with other departments. Can you/ do you tell health, crime, traffic, etc to focus on digital? How does this work. Help us help you by giving us more details of how all this works

Tom, Pleased to see you're still in the mix as impressed by your knowledge and enthusiasm for emerging technology and intrigued by your tweet about new ideas for it. We're committed and contributors to the tech ecosystem (for example check out www.bootlaw.com) and if we can do something to promote emerging technology count us in. BTW thanks for the intro in New York on Digital Mission. Will you repeat it for SXSW?
