If they had RSS on their sites you could do something slightly more visual using pageflakes or friendfeed. First five or so don't. Other thing you could try would be to see if Dods will allow their listing to be available via rss... might be worth a shot.

Having said the above I think Andy probably has the solution for you - I'd be surprised if you couldn't get the team at they work for you to pull something together.

Mediawiki, the software that powers Wikipedia, is really easy to install and would be the easiest way to do this.

The French <a href="http://www.socialopedia.org/Accueil" rel="nofollow">Parti Socialiste</a> already has something similar.

Happy to help out with the installation...

Define easier. If you're looking for a package so that others can add/edit/delete then media wiki would do, I guess.

If you want the ability to control the content but allow others to suggest new links, then a directory package like http://www.freephpdirectoryscript.com/ would do it. I think that it'll also allow you to ping URLs to check they're still valid).

They work for you has each MPs site on their resepective biography:

http://www.theyworkforyou.com/mp/tom_watson/west_bromwich_east

I'm sure they could easily code a page showing all MPs, by party, with links.
