Hurray, my internet provider has finally allowed access to the new design of the site. I hope you like it. In the end, I chose an off the shelf design. It just seemed easier. Thanks go to the band of friends who have given me advice and their time to make it happen. They know who they are. Thanks guys.
Fair Disclosure regulation in the States has just taken on a new medium – the world wide web. The US Securities and Exchange Commission has just approved new rules that allow companies to publish information under fair disclosure legislation on company websites. Doesn’t sound revolutionary, but it is a big deal for companies in the States. Previously, they were obliged to issue press notices, many on paid wire services, in order to adhere to the regulations. The whole argument is around the word “public” when interpreting the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
There are all sorts of things in the UK that we oblige people to publish in print. Frankly, we should be moving quicker to allow institutions to offer online information as alternative to published adverts.

Nice redesign, especially the readable permalinks! And thanks for putting me on your blogroll. Feel honoured
I have to say I preferred the old theme, but the new one is still quite nice and minimalistic.
Dave, way overdue for the blog roll. I find it easier to read the whole site. I love the design of the other site but this just works better.
