I’ve just got this sense that my boy is going to be a rock star. He air guitars better than Jimmy Page already and he’s got a good voice. So he’ll be needing to read Steve Lawson’s article on why he should ditch the limo if he wants a serious career in music. And lets face it; these days, if you throw a telly out of a hotel window it will leave a crater.
The Led Zeppelin picture above reminds me that West Bromwich born Robert Plant is 60 this month. Can you believe it? Happy birthday for 20th August Mr Plant.

Shall I teach him playing drums?
I’m not one for self-promotion but thought given its the silly season and we could all do with a laugh right now you might like a light-hearted look at another potential musician called MiliCent over at my embryonic blog.
He looks quite kewl in his post-bling gettup.
a very Happy Birthday Robert, from a life-long fan.
Happy 60th Birthday to the One and Only Voice of Led Zeppelin, the greatest rock band in the history of the planet Earth (and possibly the Milky Way Galaxy). Rock on Robert!
[...] Robert Plant, we salute you on you. Happy birthday. Somewhere on that stairway to heaven, John “the truth” Gretton will be at that bar stool toasting your special day. [...]
