Will somebody give this man a proper job.

Tell me Tom, have you ever had a “proper” job?
I could swear that the fresco of bad governance shows not 14th century Sienna but my own London Borough of Hackney when it was a Lib Dem/Tory hung council from 1996 to 2001 – urban dereliction, uncleared rubbish, dodgy councillors.
