I don’t often talk about my hard working team but an email from Kim, who is in charge of all my casework and does an unbelievable job requires a mention. Today, Kim is having a bad day at the office. I’ve just received this email:
“The phones are not working in the office, just in case you have tried to contact us. The fire alarm has just gone off and we had to evacuate, it was not a test AND it was pouring down.” Arise Saint Kim.

Kim is indeed a goddess amongst women- being there at the time, a gold star also for the mystery individual who lent Simon P a coat in the pouring rain.
