Who is the greenest of them all?

The radio alarm went off this morning to the sound of a discussion over who is the greenest politician, David Cameron or Gordon Brown?.

My head was spinning. My back was aching. My shoulders, arms and legs were numb. I had cuts and blisters over fingers and hands. This weekend I double-dug a 20 feet by 10 feet vegetable plot in the garden. A ton of lawn and half a ton of top soil had been shoveled into a wheelbarrow.

Early seeds have been started off in the propogator; others, ordered late. Junior Watson played his part with his plastic spade. His sunflower seeds are ready to plant on Good Friday along with his dad’s King Edwards.

David Cameron or Gordon Brown? Pah! I’m the greenest.
