Jonathan Shaw MP has used blog-youtube-grassroots interaction in a really smart way. He bullied persuaded the Manging Director of South Eastern trains into being interviewed on You Tube. Before the interview he handed out cards to constituents returning home at Chatham Station. They decided the questions – he put them to the MD. He also got the guy to agree to be re-interviewed in six months time. What a clever combination of new media and good old grass roots activity.
